Manual Guide: Mailbox (Email Logs)¶
The Mailbox menu is used to monitor, track, and manage all email transmission histories (Email Logs) within the Mdlwr system. Through this page, administrators can review delivery statuses, subjects, recipients, and full email content details in real-time.
1. Interface & Architecture Overview¶

Email Data Grid (Main): A table containing concise information regarding every email queued or processed by the system.

Email Data Editor (Slide-over Panel): A slide over panel for creating or updating email data.
2. Status Reference¶
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| PENDING | Email is still queued or awaiting worker processing. |
| SENT | Email was successfully transmitted to the target server. |
| FAILED | Email transmission encountered an error or failed. |
💡 Tip: If you want to retry sending a failed email, simply change its status back to
PENDING, and the email worker will automatically process it again.*
