Manual Guide: Business Time¶
The Business Time menu is designed to manage working hours calendars, schedules, and specific time intervals (such as holidays or working windows) that govern system scheduling and operational logic.
1. Overview & Main Navigation¶
The module is divided into tabbed views within the main interface:

Business Time Tab: Manages the main calendar configurations, timezones, and descriptions.

Time Segment Tab: Manages reusable specific time blocks (e.g., daily shifts, weekly hours, or holiday dates).

Relations (Inside Business Time Editor): Manages how specific Time Segments are mapped and prioritized under a particular Business Time calendar.
2. Business Time Table¶
This table lists all available business calendars.
Table Columns & Information:¶

ID: Unique identifier string.

Calendar Name: The designated name of the business calendar.

Timezone: The operational timezone assigned to the calendar (e.g.,
Asia/Jakarta). -
Description: Details or purpose of the calendar.

Active: Status flag (
TrueorFalse). Inactive items are highlighted in red text. -
Created By / Date & Last Mod By / Date: Audit trail information.

Action (
#): Tools to edit or delete the calendar entry.

Advanced Filtering: Use the search boxes or the
Activestatus dropdown filter row beneath the headers to narrow down records. -
Actions: Click the Edit button to modify calendar settings or manage its relationships.
3. Time Segment Table¶
Located under the second tab, this table stores granular time criteria that can be linked to calendars.
Table Columns & Information:¶

ID: Unique segment identifier.

Segment Time: The name/label given to the time window (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr Holiday).

Type: Defines how the segment behaves (
INCLUDEorEXCLUDE). -
Duration Mode: Frequency pattern (
ONE TIME,DAILY,WEEKLY,MONTHLY,YEARLY). -
Start-End Date / Start-End Time: Active window boundaries.

Usage Count: Tracks how many calendars utilize this segment.

Active: Status indicator (
TrueorFalse).
4. Business Time Relations Management¶
When editing a specific Business Time record via the side panel, switching to the Relations tab opens the relationship interface (relation_table).

Purpose: Links Time Segments to the active Business Time calendar and assigns a Priority level.

Priority Rule: Higher priority numbers override lower priority levels when time calculations overlap.

Actions:

Create Relation (
+button): Opens a modal to select an existing Time Segment and assign its priority. -
Edit / Delete Relation: Modify or remove existing segment mapping to the calendar.
5. Standard Table Operations¶
